Sterling Office Professionals has partnered with a growing organization to find a sales manager!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national and regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives, setting clear performance expectations and accountability metrics

  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within healthcare systems, distributors, and provider networks

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with product development and go-to-market strategies

  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations

  • Ensure sales operations adhere to applicable healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal compliance requirements

  • Analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts

  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience in sales within a professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and large, multi-stakeholder accounts

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
