Sterling Office Professionals is partnering with a growing professional services firm to identify a personable and motivated Client Relations Representative. This is a part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce the company’s services to small-business owners and nonprofit organizations.
  • Proactively generate leads and schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
  • Represent the organization at community events, chamber mixers, and networking functions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local businesses and community partners.
  • Track outreach activities and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives, including sponsorships and local partnerships.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable networking and initiating conversations with new contacts.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to track activity and follow up consistently.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, client relations, or community outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local business community is preferred.

Customer Service Representative

Sterling Office Professionals has teamed up with our client in the Butler, PA area in search of a Customer Service Representative to add to their expanding team.

Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Daylight
  • In-office M-F; 8:00 am -5:00 pm  
  • Pay 16-17$ an hour BOE.


Duties/Responsibilities:

• Resolve product and service problems, clarifying customer complaint, determine the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution.
• Understand and be able to communicate UPG’s quality parameters on all products.
• Have full knowledge and understanding of all UPG products and services (i.e., glass types, manufacturing capabilities, patterns, etc.).
• Manage incoming calls while referring non-CSR calls to appropriate departments (i.e., Lami, Commercial, Heavy, etc.).
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
•  Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal/team targets (i.e., goals for personal development/answer calls by 3rd ring).
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Answer questions on warranties.
• Have full understanding of RMA process.
•  Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and experience and communicate customer comments to appropriate people.


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience
  • Customer oriented
  • Fast paced
