Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national and regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals

• Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives, setting clear performance expectations and accountability metrics

• Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within healthcare systems, distributors, and provider networks

• Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with product development and go-to-market strategies

• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations

• Ensure sales operations adhere to applicable healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal compliance requirements

• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Proven leadership experience in sales within a professional services environment.

• Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and large, multi-stakeholder accounts

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Job Details

• $40-50k Base DOE + commission

Responsibilities/Duties

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities

• Sell new equipment, installations, software, and maintenance/reporting services

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, web, and in-person meetings

• Perform cold calling and lead generation activities

• Prepare proposals and present solutions to potential clients

• Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships

• Attend networking events and industry functions

• Schedule appointments and manage the full sales cycle

• Use CRM/tracking software to document and track all sales activity

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
• 3+ years of technical sales experience
• Knowledge of die cutting, printing, or converting flexible materials is advantageous.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
