SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Sterling Office Professionals has partnered with a downtown Pittsburgh client to find a temporary office assistant with accounting experience!

Job Details:

  • In-person assignment

  • $25 - $30/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office operations and administrative tasks

  • Support accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping

  • Assist with payroll data entry and timesheets

  • Maintain organized records and track compliance as needed

  • Provide support to staff and leadership as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office management, administrative, or accounting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; accounting software experience is a plus

  • Ability to handle confidential information
