

Manufacturing Technician II (2nd or 3rd shift)
Shifts Available: Afternoon: 2pm-10:30pm -OR- Night: 10pm-6:30am
*Night Shift starts the work week on Sunday*
Starting Pay Afternoon: $21.70 + $1.00 Shift Differential -$22.70
Starting Pay Night: $21.70 + $1.50 Shift Differential -$23.20
Raise Schedule: Every 3 months-Base pay after 12 months: $26.35 + shift diff
Training: Can be 1-3 months long and is only done on 1st shift-Daylight.

What You’ll Do:
- Support diverse manufacturing functions, including assembly, testing, and repairing equipment.
- Operate various tools and machinery such as saws, welders, cranes, and testing devices safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products based on work orders, schematics, and engineering drawings with precision.
- Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering on prototypes and special projects, offering your technical expertise.
- Fill in for different roles across the shop floor to ensure continuous production flow.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and record-keeping duties as needed.
- Be flexible to work overtime to meet production deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Basic hydraulic and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Proficient in operating a variety of hand tools and machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with fluid power systems.
- Welding skills (MIG, stick, or plasma cutting).
- Mechatronics
- Troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Background in prototype development or product testing.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, welding, or electrical work.
- Mechatronics exp
- Prior experience in the fluid power industry is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Forklift certification, including Raymond forklifts.
- Mechatronics
- Ability to work overtime as necessary to support production needs.
- Willingness to work on the night shift, starting your week on Sunday.
