Required Skills

  • Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, and procurement within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience utilizing enterprise resource management tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Adept at analyzing supplier performance and negotiating contracts
  • Familiarity with quality management processes and supplier corrective actions

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in Medical or Aerospace manufacturing sectors
  • Knowledge of advanced supply chain strategies and lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  • Existing certifications relevant to supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, APICS CPIM)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in manufacturing, procurement, or production planning
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing software

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment, including noisy or temperature-variable areas
  • Willingness to undergo periodic drug testing
  • Strong physical mobility to perform tasks such as handling, reaching, and walking as required
  • Commitment to adhering to safety policies, including safety training and procedures
